| Review for: Raynal XO Brandy |

Nice!!!!!!, Nov 27, 2007

| Very nice brandy! Smooth, uncomplicated... the kind of taste you just don't get tired of. Almost strikes me as an "old fashioned " flavor. |

| Review for: Bols Pumpkin Smash Liqueur |
 |
No more Pumpkin Smash, Nov 21, 2007
|
Bols does not make Pumpkin Smash anymore. Unfortunate for our family because we made a great Pumpkin Pie Martini with it. I've yet to find a replacement. We even contacted Bols and asked them why. Not a popular flavor, I guess.
If you happen to find any, Here's the recipe, though not exact:
4 shots Pumpkin Smash
3 shots Godiva White Chocolate
2 shots Vanilla Vodka
Shake with ice and pour into chilled Martini glass rimmed with sugar and pumpkin pie spice. |

| Review for: Peter Vella Cabernet |
 |
great for the price!, Nov 19, 2007
|
I'm French and I discovered this wine a few years ago....and love it! Since then I have been buying it and never been disappointed, the quality stays constant from one year to the other and I stock up when it is on sale or even on clearance....! I feel that the wine is aging pretty well in the box. I like to have a glass of wine with every meal and this is the perfect "vin de table", great with red meat and cheeses. Since it stays fresh for several weeks without refrigeration, I can enjoy one glass without worrying about the leftover turning into vinegar.
I usually pay between 13 and 16 dollars at Kroger in the Houston area.
At less than $3 a liter, this is a bargain! |

| Review for: Carlo Rossi Paisano |
 |
100% drinkable, Nov 10, 2007
|
| very drinkable. No wincing or grimacing whatsoever. None of the alchohol/gasoline taste of cheap 80 proof liqyours (well maybe just a hint). I'm not really accustomed to drinking wine, but this wine might change that. I would describe it as "tangy" and definately not harsh. Other CArlo Rossi flavors have been very dissapointing, but not the paisano. |

| Review for: Pabst Blue Ribbon |
 |
The only beer that won a ribbon..., Oct 28, 2007
|
Pabst Blue Ribbon being the only beer that sells 12 oz cans, 12 oz bottles, and 16 oz bar bottles, need I say more?
On fishing trips PBR is always the first beer that fisherman go for, as they then realize they made a poor choice of the beer they brought and expect me to share my beloved Pabst. Against my better judgment, I oblige them by sharing my great tasting beer.
PBR is a great tasting beer to compliment any foods but a couple of my personal favorites would have to be:
1) Hot Wing Dip w/ Scoops
2) Cheese, Pepperoni, Jalapeno slices with your favorite cracker
3) Chili
4) Brook Trout
5) Deer or Moose Meat
Having said this I shall go to the nearest store and obtain a 12 pack of 12 oz bottles and proceed to consume this great tasting beer as I watch the Patriots.
Please drink PBR responsibly, and remember, NEVER drink and drive.
Cheers to ALL PBR drinkers!
