You choose somebody to start and create some sort of sequence between everybody. Circular clockwise if you aren't very original. The speaking player says "I never..." and finish the sentence with something you have or haven't done. Everybody else who has done what you said needs to drink. For example you can say "I never had a one night stand." Everybody who has had a one night stand needs to drink. If you say you've never had a one night stand and you have, you drink too.
