Players take turns to look at there card and decide whether to swap it with the person on there left of keep it. The loser is whoever is left with the lowest card at the end of the round and they have to drink. If you elect to swap then you HAVE to keep the card passed to you. If the player holds a King (which is unbeatable) he can refuse to swap. Aces tend to get passed around the table with alarming speed ending with with the poor dealer, so it's only fair that players should take turns at dealing.
